The National Association of Women in Construction is a professional organization comprised of women working the construction and related industries. It was established in 1955 by 16 founding members. Today, there are over 4,500 members with Chapters in almost all 50 states, as well as international affiliates in South Africa and Europe among others.
The Louisville Chapter was chartered in 1965 and is actively involved in our community and continuing to execute our mission: To enhance the success of women in the construction industry.
